James W. Young, Jr. earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University, and his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as associate editor of the Tax Lawyer.

Mr. Young practices in the areas of commercial, corporate, and educational law, with a focus on public finance, purchasing, construction and contracting issues. He also has experience negotiating and structuring commercial and corporate transactions.

Jim is a member of the American and Mississippi State Bar Associations, the Mississippi Council of School Board Attorneys, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Mississippi Economic Development Council. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Jackson and the SafeCity Initiative.

Jim and his wife Jackie live in Madison, Mississippi, and have four children.

Warren is a member of the American and Mississippi Bar Associations, Jackson Young Lawyers, the Mississippi Economic Development Council, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Phoenix Club of Jackson (organization supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi).

He is a resident of Jackson, Mississippi and is a member of Highland Colony Baptist Church of Ridgeland.

Bonnie P. Granger earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting/Data Processing and her Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University –New Orleans School of Law.

Mrs. Granger practices in the areas of employment, contract, and education law, with a focus on public finance, purchasing, construction and contracting issues. She is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Louisiana. She also teaches Advanced Business Law focusing on contract law for the University of Southern Mississippi.

Bonnie is a member of the American, Mississippi State Bar Association, and Louisiana State Bar Association.

Bonnie and her husband Tim live in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and have one child.
